SHIPPING & RETURNS
All products will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours during normal business orders from date of order, unless otherwise stated. The products will be shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method you chose. You will be notify via email with a tracking number when the package leave the warehouse.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All non-defective refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department from within thirty days of your invoice date and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA number is only good for 14 days from the day of issue.
All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging with manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. For all light products, please test product for factory defects prior to installation. Once an attempt of installation has been made, all light products are not exchangeable unless the item become defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a refund or exchange for the product when your refund or exchange meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
